This policy describes which cookies we use, for which purposes, and how you can control them, in accordance with the Danish Cookie Order (cookiebekendtgørelsen, Executive Order no. 1148 of 9 December 2011 on information and consent required in case of storing or accessing information in end-user terminal equipment) and the GDPR.
We only place non-essential cookies on your device if you have given your consent through the cookie banner shown when you first visit the Site. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time, as described below. Because the use of cookies may involve the processing of personal data, we recommend that you also read our privacy policy.
What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your computer, smartphone or other electronic device with a memory function. Cookies contain information that a website uses to recognise your device, remember your settings and understand how the Site is used. Cookies cannot spread viruses or run programs on your device. We can only read the cookies we have placed ourselves; we cannot read cookies placed by other websites.
There are two basic types of cookies. Session cookies relate to your current visit and are deleted automatically when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them, and are renewed each time you revisit the Site.
Cookies can also be divided by who places them. First-party cookies are placed by us. Third-party cookies are placed by other services we allow on the Site, such as analytics providers.
